What kind of people do you work with?
I work primarily with men on topics related to the male psyche, relationships, fatherhood, internal tension, stress, burnout, and personal resilience.
Do you only work with men?
No. My main focus is working with men, but I also counsel women on certain topics related to relationships, family, and important personal issues.
What do men most often ask you?
Most often, men seek support for internal tension, silence, loneliness, irritability, relationship difficulties, lack of direction, problems related to the father, fatherhood, work pressure, and internal exhaustion.
What do women most often ask you about?
Most often, women turn to me on topics related to unsatisfactory relationships, loneliness in the partnership, recurring painful patterns, relationships with the father, difficulties in choosing a partner, and issues related to family and children.
How does the first meeting go?
The first meeting is a place where you can comfortably put what you are currently experiencing in. We will talk about the topic that is driving you, the context around it, and what form of work would be most suitable for you.
The goal of the first consultation is not to have all the answers right away, but to begin to see more clearly what you are going through and whether this process is right for you.
How long does a meeting last?
A meeting lasts 50 minutes .
How often are meetings held?
This depends on the topic, the situation, and the person's needs. For some people, meetings are once a week, for others less often. The frequency is determined by the specific case and real possibilities.
Do you only work in an office?
I work primarily in an office because I believe that in-person meetings create deeper contact and a more fulfilling space to work.
In certain cases, I make exceptions and provide online consultations when necessary and appropriate.
Do I need to have a serious problem to seek out a psychologist?
No. Psychological counseling can be useful not only when a person is in a severe crisis, but also when they want more clarity, inner stability, better relationships, and a more conscious lifestyle.
Many people come not because everything is broken, but because they feel that they no longer want to just endure, but to better understand themselves and their lives.
Does this mean I can't handle it on my own?
No. Seeking psychological support does not mean you are weak or incapable. Sometimes, quite the opposite — it is a sign that a person is mature enough not to ignore their inner world and not wait for everything to get too difficult.
Do you work on topics like stress, burnout, and internal exhaustion?
Yes. These are important topics in my work, especially with men who have lived under intense pressure for a long time, carried many responsibilities, and gradually lost their inner balance.
Do you work on topics related to the father and family?
Yes. This is one of the important lines in my work. The themes of the father, fatherhood, family models, the father-son, father-daughter relationship, and the influence of the family on adult life often have a profound meaning.
Is counseling appropriate if I am having relationship difficulties?
Yes. Many people seek support precisely when they feel that there is tension, silence, distance, recurring conflicts, or a lack of closeness in the relationship.
Can I come if I feel confused and don't know exactly what the problem is?
Yes. You don't have to have a fully organized explanation for what you're going through. Sometimes a person just comes in with the feeling that something is wrong with them or their life, that they've taken on too much, or that they've lost their clarity. That's reason enough to seek out a meeting.
Are the meetings confidential?
Yes. Meetings are held with respect for each person's personal space and confidentiality.
Do you have groups and workshops?
Yes. I plan group formats and workshops with a main focus on male psychology, relationships, stress, and inner resilience.
These formats will be announced periodically. If you wish, you can express your interest via the contact form.
How can I book an appointment?
You can contact us via the contact form on the website, by phone or by email. We will then arrange a convenient day and time for a first meeting.
